Park Saarbrücken

25,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space in Kleinblittersdorf, Saarland. Two construction phases are being developed on former factory premises in the Saar-Blies business park in Rilchingen-Hanweiler. In 2019, automotive supplier HBPO secured the first construction phase, where front sections for a new Mercedes-Benz model being manufactured in Hambach, France starting in autumn this year will be produced. The second construction phase, with a total rentable area of approx. 10,400 sqm. The second construction phase is set to be completed in June 2020. The site is located to the south of Saarbrücken on the French-German border and enjoys excellent traffic connections, with the B51 federal road reaching the A6 and A620 federal autobahns in just a few minutes.

Bosch Appliance Park

The HUB complex includes the just completed 30,000-square-metre Panattoni Appliance Park. It has developed exclusively for the needs of the BSH dishwasher factory. The park provides a base for manufacturers and subcontractors, whose transport operations will be facilitated by the road to the BSH factory created by Panattoni Europe.

DPD cross-dock

Panattoni Park Poznań X consists of a multitenant facility and a cross-dock sorting facility dedicated to DPD operations. The cross-dock facility totalling 3,600 sqm and a sorting system tailored to the customer’s needs will ensure optimal dispatch procedures, granted also by numerous gates at level “0” as well as comfortable maneuvering areas. Construction works will be completed in spring 2021.

The Park is located 13 km from the heart of the city and about 1 kilometer from the A2 motorway, which guarantees efficient transport between the most important logistics centers in Central and Eastern Europe – Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Berlin.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport III comprises two buildings offering top-quality warehouse and office space, as well as cutting-edge solutions in goods storage.
